Return Policy

Our return policy ensures that items are returned in their original condition, unaltered, and unused, maintaining their full sellable state as received from us or our agents. Specifically:

• Shoes must be returned in pristine, brand-new condition, free from any damage.
• All items must be accompanied by their original packaging, box, or dust-cover, along with intact brand and product labels/tags/instructions.
• Any provided authenticity cards should be included in the return.
• Swimwear returns require the original hygiene liner to remain attached.
• Returns must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
• Please be aware that beauty items, grooming items, underwear, and earrings are non-returnable.

Return Policy:

• Returns accepted within 1 day.
• Replacement available within 2 days.

Shipping and Delivery:

• A shipping fee of 30 SAR applies to returns.
• Delivery fee for replacements is 28 SAR.
